Tasting (in moderation!) the vintages of the vineyards of the Loire Valley (Vouvray, Montlouis,...). And tasting the regional products whose fame is no longer to be made (rillette and stuffed of tours, goat cheese of Sainte Maure de Touraine, macaroons of Cormery, pears of Chinon).
